Having practiced at several dental clinics across Ontario, Dr. Fersan serves as the Director of the Situational Judgement programs at Prep Doctors. Dr. Fersan completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012  before joining Prep Doctors as an instructor. Known for his thorough work checks, full-proof techniques, and patience, he dedicates himself to ensuring training doctors excel in the final stages of their equivalency process.
