Having joined Prep Doctors in 2022 as part of the front desk team, Dipty’s journey within the company reflects her dedication and drive. Through her hard work and dedication, she progressed to the role of Client Relations Manager in 2023, where she continues to foster a positive atmosphere and ensure all clients feel valued and at ease.

Dipty holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from India, and upon relocating to Canada, she pursued further education, obtaining a postgraduate diploma in Business Management and Healthcare Management.

As a Customer Relations Manager, Dipty is dedicated to providing outstanding experiences and building lasting relationships. Her approach is centered on empathy and effective problem-solving, enabling her to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
